Clinical Statistics Manager - Statistician - Pharmaceutical - Clinical ResearchA really exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinical Statistics Manager within a global pharmaceutical power house. Joining a rapidly growing statistical services team, you will be expected to utilise your management expertise and statistical knowhow for the design and analysis of clinical trial projects. As a Clinical Statistics Manager your responsibilites will include: Performing status meetings and appraisals for the Statistics group. Staff development. Selection, recruitment and induction of team members. Acting as trial statistician where appropriate. Providing quality control to trial statisticians work. Researching innovative statistical methodologies to enhance strategies.The ideal applicant for the position of Clinical Statistics Manager will hold a Bsc/Msc in Statistics, with proven commercial experience as a Senior Statistician within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment. You must be confident in your ability to coordinate projects both with internal and external resources, and take responsibility for complex issues in order to enhance clinical development strategies. A good understanding of regulatory processes alongside extensive SAS knowledge is to be expected.
